Returns Policy
1 The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by phone or email within 14 days of delivery if goods are defective or damaged or unsuitable. Incorrect quantities must be made known to the Seller within 48hrs. The Seller shall have no liability to make right the same if notification is not received within the specified time periods.
2 The Seller will check that all items sent out meet the best possible standard and that no goods are sent out damaged, faulty or of an incorrect quantity. Breakages or faulty items will be replaced in accordance to the Returns Policy.
3 The Buyer may be responsible for the expense of returning items according to the Returns Policy of the Seller unless a prior agreement has been reached at discretion of management. All postage refunds will be in the form of store credit.
4 The Buyer is responsible that all items returned are in the condition in which they were sent complete with boxes, manuals, instructions, guarantees and any other packaging where applicable.
5 The Seller will process all returns within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the goods in the condition in which they were sent, in accordance with relevant paperwork detailed in the Returns Policy. The Seller shall be under no obligation to process a return if these conditions are not met.
6 The Seller will not accept returns for any individual pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set with the exception that it is broken and/or unworn.
7 Complete orders returned as 'unsuitable' by the Buyer will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee in accordance with the Returns Policy and no postage will be refunded.
8 The Buyer is responsible that all items returned are in the condition in which they were sent complete with boxes, manuals, instructions, guarantees and any other packaging where applicable.
9 All postage refund will be in the form of store credit if no contract has been agreed before the order.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customers have the right to cancel this purchase within 14 days (or within 14 days following receipt of the product)
- Customers will be responsible for the postage charges in returning it.
- We may cover for return postage if the item received has a manufacture fault and has been returned within 14 days refund period. We can only refund the amount up to Royal Mail Second class recorded postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
